We have a few company websites and have had customers telling us they cannot get to them on their phones.
I have done some testing and troubleshooting and am certain this is a Verizon DNS issue.
These DNS servers are the ones I know about 135.sub-198-224-151.myvzw.com & 135.sub-198-224-150.myvzw.com. They will not resolve our company sites. Anything else other than our company sites that I could think of otherwise will resolve. This is what I get *** Request to 135.sub-198-224-150.myvzw.com timed-out
When using other DNS servers to test queries like google, opendns etc there is no issue.
