kdiamant, I'm sorry to hear you were having some signal trouble in those areas of New Hampshire. I did a quick check and don't see any open alerts at the moment for those areas. To do some troubleshooting with you and see what's been going on, I've sent a Private Message.

There is a locked topic about NH from back in 2019. Cell service with Verizon has continued to deteriorate since that time. The 5G rollout has made things much worse. For example at exit 20 of I93 the signal is fine, but data is not usable... I don't mean can't watch a video bad, I am saying can't send a text bad! I know many are moving to other carriers and getting better service, bad but better. I personally am looking at options, tired of the empty responses.
One of our main goals is to provide reliable service, and we are concerned to learn that you've had experience issues for such a long time. To better assist, please tell us a little more. Do you have problems indoors or outdoors? What model is your device and is the software up to date?
