Has anyone found a fix? I’m on iPhone 15 and suddenly, calls go straight to VM, phone doesn’t ring. WiFi works great for everyone but me
We have poor cellular by my home and use wifi calling. Our internet and wifi are functioning fine. Other iPhones in my household work fine. All devices on wifi work fine. Modem and router have been rebooted. iPhone has been rebooted, network settings reset…. Apple ran a series of diagnostics on my phone (including an antenna test) and it’s in perfect working order. Verizon can’t seem to figure it out! I cannot keep missing calls! When it’s acting up, I can’t make outgoing calls, either - the calls instantly fail and won’t connect. It’s maddening!
wifi assist is OFF. WiFi calling is ON. I’m not on silent or do not disturb mode. My phone is not on forwarding. I have done every diagnostic. Verizon says it’s Apple but Apple thoroughly tested my phone and says it’s Verizon. When I’m home and on WiFi, I need to keep checking my phone. On WiFi calling you’ll see VZN WIFI at upper left of the screen and full WiFi signal bars on the far right. When it glitches, the left corner simply says “Verizon” - I’ll have 1 cellular signal bar, at best, and still see full WiFi bars to the right but the WiFi calling clearly is no longer ON despite being enabled. It’s driving me insane and I pay way too much $ for this stuff to have it be dysfunctional. The other phones in the house all stay connected to WiFi without issue. HELP!
