Service in the NE Ohio area has gotten increasingly worse.  Many areas in the city and suburbs where service is always dropping. Even with cell towers blocks away. Solution?

We recommend accessing this link: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile and finding your phone model to troubleshoot your service issues. Please let us know if you continue to have problems after troubleshooting in the area.

No solution from me, just commiseration. I live downtown and rarely have more than 1 bar on my iPhone 13 promax

Oh, wow! Dealing with service issues can be overwhelming. Our goal is to offer the support you need.

What exactly happens when you attempt to use the service? When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this problem?

Service used to be stellar at home except in the valley (understood.). Now the moment I leave my home and drive down a major street there is zero service for a mile. Same at the city house. Once you walk out of the driveway service stops for about 1/4 of a mile. And this is with new 5g towers within a couple of blocks.

Oh, wow! City-Country, we are stunned to see with this technical dilemma. We know how frustrating it can be having service issues. Verizon is here to help.

What exactly happens when you attempt to use your service (talk, text, data)? When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this problem (other account users, friends, family, coworkers, neighbor, etc.)?
