I work for a company that will be doing a road widening project in Brownsburg, IN. There is a buried Verizon line of some sort that will be in the way of that road based on its elevation. I have called the customer service, been transferred times and none of the people I have talked to understand what I am looking for. I need a contact for someone who can speak to the lines use, if it can be relocated, or cut.
Nothing on the website helps & all other questions like this on the forum say to check for a Direct Message rather than give a phone number to actually help those who did not post the original question.
AGAIN, I need a contact for who can speak to the buried lines in Indiana.
