We pay $137 a month for two lines yet we cannot get Internet in  alot of  the 20906  zip code.

Those with Tmobile and consumer ceellular have no trouble. Verizon needs to up its tower game.

Of course If I up my $ it is better in some areas.

Please send me a reply in any fashion. This has gone on so long it’s ad nausea.

I was with Verizon for 11 years we tried engineers on the site which they never did and in all reality it would cost too much to change the the structure out here so they just placate me. I have two choices I can pay more at Verizon, which would be ridiculous to get what I should get anyway or I can move to AT&T because they are bouncing their towers around like Verizon should more.

I hope you can reach me somehow I can’t post any personal data here, but may be a record show how to reach me

You know I smell a rat when they tell me if I raise my level I will get Internet and priority in congestion. I’m already paying enough to get that in their first place

$137/month for 2 lines makes me think you're using Unlimited Welcome as the service plan.  If this is true, then what you're experiencing with slow data speeds is deprioritization on the towers, because Unlimited Welcome customers have lower tower priority than those on Unlimited Plus and Unlimited Ultimate.  You also do not get 5G UW access (mid- or high-band 5G) on Unlimited Welcome, so any 5G you receive is low-band 5G, which runs around the same speed as 4G LTE, with the difference being 5G equipment can handle more traffic than the older LTE technology.  Unfortunately, all the big carriers run their service plans this way, where those on the lowest level service plan will be deprioritized for data access and don't get the really great 5G speeds.
