phone not received but Verizon still is charging me

I shop a phone that was lost by UPS, I haven't received it but still Verizon is charging me the monthly payments.  It has been 2 weeks of calls to customer service and they cant solve it.  In my account still is showing that phone is on it way.  They told me agreement was cancelled but, in my side, still is showing as current. I'm frustrated. Dont know what else  i can do besides calling customer service.  Thanks
