vpn disconnected

my phone has disconnected from the always on vpn. i can't get it to reconnect and i can't get the notification to go away.

Hello, leb123, we know being able to use a VPN is important. Were there any changes before this issue started? What model phone are you using? Can you let us know what steps you've tried to get this reconnected?

i went to settings to check that the verizon vpn was still toggled to always on. it was, flipped it off and on again. restarted my phone. i really don't know enough to know what else to try. i have a samsung A51 5G.

Thank you for the info. Are you using the Verizon Safe Wi-Fi VPN? If so, can you try uninstalling and re-installing the app?

i don't have an app called verizon safe. but i am using the verizon vpn. which app do i reinstall? the "my verizon" app?
