vtext.com sender rejected AUP#POL (in reply to end of DATA command

I need to be able to send emails to my phone number as a text message from time to time.

I have two identical email servers configured the same exact way. DNS is configured the same way as well. Each has its own domain.  Both servers were set up at the same time, however, one domain was registered about ten years ago, and the other was registered about one year ago. Both passed health checks for SMTP, SPF, DMARC, and DKIM.

Both servers and domains are able to successfully send and receive email to/from each other, as well as gmail. My cellphone is able to text to my email on both domains/servers (shows up as FROM: [number]@vtext.com)

When I send an email from the old domain [me@olddomain] to [my number @ vtext . com]  it works.

When I send an email from the new domain [me@newdomain] to [my number @ vtext . com] it bounces back with the following error:

This is the mail system at host [newdomain].

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

"AUP#POL" tells me that, even though the messages, servers, and DNS settings are the same (obviously one DNS points to one, and the other DNS points to the other), the message from the new domain violates Verizon's acceptable use policy, while the old domain does not.  I cannot find this Verizon incoming email  policy anywhere to verify or troubleshoot.

Verizon, please advise. If there's no solution, I will have to switch to another carrier.

Vtext has been retired and is currently being shut down.  If you've got a business account, there's a new app called EMAG.

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I think EMAG is for something totally different than what I'm trying to do.
