This device must be reset whenever it stops working which you may not be aware of until you need to make a phone call hopefully not urgently. At least two tickets on this device. Just a disappointment for reliability, the 3G version so much better.

Jace5, we can't imagine how inconvenient that must be, especially when you need to use the device. How long have you been having this issue with the home phone connect device? You shared that prior tickets have been submitted, did you receive any update from those tickets?

I received updates on the Verizon App showing the ticket had been resolved. I was saved by a technical support person a couple days that the device must “rest” often and it is acceptable.
