I have a new verizon service. The 6 point landline phone wire provided will not plug into the 4 point wire connection on my phone base. DO YOU HAVE AN ADAPTOR AVAILABLE to connect my landline phone?

Was the phone/base provided with your Verizon service? What manufacturer/model phone/base is it you have?
