Prepaid card from Walmart 10-100

I have 10 digit pin but ask for 15 where I get the other numbers

I'm pretty sure those cards only work for paying your mobile bill on a prepaid line.  If you're not a prepaid customer or are trying to buy something from the Verizon storefront, the card won't work.
