Hi,
I am trying to transfer service on my Nokia phone from Verizon to T-Mobile. When I try to use the T-Mobile SIM card, I am prompted for a SPEHPLMN code. No one at Verizon customer service will help me because I transferred my account and the number isn't recognized.
Can someone please help?
Thank you!

What model Nokia phone is it? If it is a very old phone, it may not be compatible with current network technology (2G and 3G have been retired by all US carriers). Otherwise, my guess is the phone is locked to Verizon. Nokia hasn't directly manufactured phones itself for some time; there was another company called HMD which was making them, but I think even they have now discontinued making phones. With your phone probably being older, it may predate the current Verizon device unlocking policy, which means there isn't a way to get it unlocked anymore, because the current system can't "talk" to the phone to unlock it?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thank you for reaching out to us on this platform. To better assist you, please tell us a little more. Was this device replaced by the insurance? Do you recall if the device was paid in full?
