vn220 cloud fails to backup

Having a vn220 and backing up my contacts for a long time.  Now since Sunday it keeps on failing to backup.

yes I do and yes it used to work properly

Hi there, ES39. We definitely want to make sure that your cloud is working properly. Please tell us, are you using Verizon Cloud mobile app or desktop app? When was the last time that you were able to back up? What specific error message are you running into?

Worked perfectly for years. Stopped since July 21.

Just says backup failed.
