Those are just some of the lines you will expect to get when you activate Apple One Perk individual or family and it fails.I switched plans from Get Unlimited to Ultimate Unlimited because Verizon gave me no choice after raising price to $64 and now taking away Apple Arcade in Sep effectively raising price again. So now that I finally switched, guess what I can’t even get past the activation phase. This is a known issue and Verizon isn’t taking care of it. If there is a solution please let me know.

I used to work for Verizon and whenever I made a promise to my customers I would hold myself accountable to see it through, regardless of end result. I gave them my contact info or my word that I will be there for them. I can’t believe that this company would drop the ball with this perk system .All my trouble tickets are gone, I’ve talked to well over 10 different people about one perk. There is a known issue with the perk system and this is going on for years. Yet, Verizon is forcing their customers to use a system that is difficult, problematic and wasteful for their staff and customers to use but do they actually solve the problem nope. To the rep that reads this, I kindly ask you not to respond back to this because truth of the matter is, there is nothing you can do and any tickets you issue will be ignored or deleted. I just want to save you time and want you to help a customer that you might actually be able to help. Thank you.
