Call forwarding keeps getting turned off without my input. Since I have a business, I turn on forwarding with *71 so that it forwards to an answering service instead of voicemail. This keeps turning off randomly and going to voicemail. I have spoken with Verizon customer service three times about this, and nobody can figure out why this is happening. I spend a lot on the answering service, and the service is crucial to my business, so having it turn off is unacceptable. How can this be fixed?

To clarify, are you dialing *71 or *72? The reason I ask is that to turn on call forwarding from your mobile phone, you'll dial *72+ the 10 digital number.
