How do I contact corporate to make a complaint? I was in a chat with agent today and was told my plan needed to be changed because it was a grandfather plan. When I was told I would lose the free Disney bundle, I told the guy no. He went ahead and changed my plan which canceled my Disney bundle. Now there's an issue with restoring the plan. I asked to speak with supervisor and was instead transferred to tech support. They k now the problem but will not restore today
Hello, Tricky626. Help is here as we should never change your plan without your permission. My apologies to hear of this experienced. Do you know if a request was submitted to restore the previous plan?
