We ordered Verizon Home Internet with a promotion of $200 or Apple Pod. We choose the $200 gift card. Said I had to have the internet for 45 days. Never received a redemption email. Called Verizon, rep said the no longer had the promotion and pretty much said I was out of luck since the promotion ended before my 45 days. I did not accept that and pushed for the promotion. Rep said he had to escalate it and it would be several weeks.
After 3 times of calling Verizon at over an hour each time I still donโt have my promotion. Received an email on 01-08-24 saying that there was an error and that in 3 to 4 weeks I would receive and email to redeem $333 visa instead of the $200. Here it is a month! No email! Called again and now it has to be escalated AGAIN!!!
I have been with Verizon for many many years, 4 phone, 2 watches and home internet!
This is ridiculous! They DO NOT want to do what they promote! Donโt trust any promotion email that is offered! They will continue to delay and โescalate โ the issue every time you call!
