I have gotten the e-mail that the NFL Sunday Ticket on us is available to redeem. Follow the email instructions and also the instructions from Verizon in another thread, nothing. The tile is under MyPerks but it is not clickable, there is no link. I have talked to customer service multiple times with only being told, they will "put a ticket in". Any ideas if I am doing something wrong or if this is just a continuously broken system within Verizon?
