NFL + issue

It appears that this is a known issue between Verizon and the NFL.  The service will show as being active on + play but in the NFL app it shows that they cannot find a subscription.  The service may work for a couple weeks and quits and has been doing this throughout the season so far this year. Last year I bought the subscription directly from NFL and did not have any issues, now that I used Verizon as a third party for the subscription it's nothing but issues. This needs to be fixed and we need reimbursement for all the customers that have been fighting to use their NFL + subscription this year or a full and complete refund needs to be issues.

Thankfully, I'm not the only one.  It is very frustrating.  On top of it not working having to spend hours with CS to explain the issue and get it working.

I will not be renewing my subscription with Verizon and will buy it straight from the NFL next year.  Even if it was offered as free, if still go with NFL.

Same here. I subscribed for the Netflix / NFL+ bundle, see screenshot.  Well, the NFL+ app and website do not recognize the subscription. I even tried creating a new account with another email, still doesn't work.

I've been a loyal residential and mobile customer for 10+ years, spending $360/mo in services, but if there's a problem, it's impossible to get it resolved.

So I decided to go on Chat since the phone queue was long.  Even though my account screen shows I have the Netflix / NFL+ Premium bundle, see attachment, 2 different Verizon CS reps told me I am NOT subscribed to NFL+ Premium, only NFL+. So is NFL+ basically the same as NFL app, which is free for everyone? Also, they say RedZone is NOT included, well not according to screenshot. Then they said it's on NFL's end, to take it up with them. Why would I do that if the Verizon reps even say I don't have the Premium subscription with includes RedZone.  I got nowhere, as usual. So I took my chances with NFL support, which is worse and non-existent. 

NFL support phone # is a recording directing me to their support website where I can supposedly ask a question that will be answered . Well, there is no such section, it's only FAQ's or Chat bot that directs you to the signup page, nothing to resolve subscription issues.

I HATE, HATE, HATE Verizon's support, and am really tired of the company as a whole. They are the most expensive service, poor mobile coverage, charge for services that is full of subscription errors. Why do I bother?

Verizon customer support is awful they will blame nfl.com when I try to sign in as my FiOS residential service provider it takes me to the FiOS sign on page and I never get back to nfl.com! This needs to be fixed right now!

Jesse you don't even have it right it's not the NFL Plus subscription that works fine because we're paying the NFL for that it's the Verizon FiOS service provider that does not work since we're paying the exorbitant amounts for fire service we should be able to see games on nfl.com that is the problem! I want to be reimbursed for having to buy NFL Plus
