I purchased an NFL+ premium annual subscription in October 2023 through +play and I have never been able to get it to activate on the NFL app or website. After months of being bounced back and forth between Verizon and NFL customer support Verizon credited my account for the purchase price. I would like to sign up for #NFL+ directly from the NFL website using my already established account but it directs me back to the +play manage page. On the +play manage page it is still showing that I have an active NFL+ premium subscription. I have contacted Verizon support more times than I'd like to count over the last few months and have gotten no where.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience from the start. All I want is to be able to use my NFL+ account. I will never purchase a subscription through +play after this experience. This is my first and last using it. Has anyone had success with signing up for NFL+ after dealing with a situation like this without starting a new account using alternate email address? Can someone from Verizon Support reach out to me to help me cancel the NFL+ subscription that is showing on the +play manage page?
