I signed up for the smart family and was supposed to get a $20 gift card. I have not been able to find it on my account. It's been several months now. Not to mention the smart family app is useless. It is constantly disabling on my children's phone. It isn't a very good source to monitor the phone's. I wish Verizon would fix their problems and give what they promise.
