Verizon Serrvice

I have been a customer of Verizon for over 20 yrs. I called  1 week ago to.see what loyalty perks I might get for being with them for so many years. The run around was off the chart. After 1 1/2 hrs on the phone I was told "Sorry but for some reason you don't qualify for anything".  I asked why and she couldn't tell me. I was told that they would turn in a ticket and would call me back in 3 to 4 days. Verizon is a big company and don't  about the current customers apparently because I have not hear from them. So I guess I will look for another provider and suspend my one sided relationship with Verizon

Hello, Kjpop1. Your many years of business mean the world to us as the last thing we would want to see is you leaving us. We can always check your account to see if there are any offers or promotions. May I ask, are you looking to change your plan, a discount? Please share details.
