Visual Voicemail Setup Fails

Visual Voicemail stopped loading new messages. I have rebooted multiple times. I have disabled and re-enabled the app. I have deleted app cache and app data. After allowing access and selecting Continue on the Welcome to Visual Voicemail screen I get the message "Sorry, we ran into a problem. Call *86 to finish setup". *86 has NO visual voicemail setup options, but does have all my messages. I have done all this on cell network (no wifi). My phone is up to date (updated Jan 4, which my be about the time this started happening) I think I have tried every fix I have found in all the threads on this topic. What can I do next to get this basic feature working?

I'm currently having the same issue, has there been a fix for this? I haven't received a new visual voice-mail since Jan. 3rd. No settings have been changed, no permissions changed, and I have called the *86 and cleared out my inbox and am still unable to get any messages. Also not getting notifications for voice-mail messages AT ALL since the update on the 4th. I have the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra.
