I have an old copper landline that I constantly have problems with. Verizon has recommended that I replace it with Voice Connect. I have very poor cellular coverage at my home, but I was told by customer service that the Voice Connect device would not have a problem with this and should work fine. I DO NOT have Verizon Wireless and therefore no Verizon Wireless account, although I DO have a Verizon account for my current landline. Will I be required to set up a Verizon Wireless account to make this all work?
