Xbox Series X Promotion

  • I switched to Verizon after hearing about the free Xbox Series X promotion. I got the wifi box and have everything set up. I also received an email that told me that I qualified for the deal, however I can't redeem the offer because the tile the email told me to click does not appear on the app. I only switched to Verizon as an internet provider for this promotion and would like to redeem the offer that I was told I qualify for, otherwise I will be switching back to my original service provider.

I can't even contact support, I'm either sent to a loading screen that never ends or I'm told that their customer support line is down, can anyone help me?

TacBap, it's important that you be able to claim your different offers. To help with that, I recommend signing into My Verizon via a browser (even better via a computer) to try and claim the rewards. Another recommendation is if your email associated with the account hasn't been verified, do that first, then try and redeem the rewards. They'll be located on the main page under 'Make the Most of Your Plans.'

I have tried to claim my XBox promo since I activated my Fios package on 1/16/2024 with no luck. I have tried on the MyVerizon App and online. I have not received any emails from Verizon. I did receive the $200 Amazon gift card.
