Your 800 # and *611 # has a glitch

Please fix the glitch that tells your customers that Verizon is closed when you are actually open. I called within the hours of operation and I cannot reach a live agent. It automatically disconnects my call. Come on Verizon you have been known for good customer service, this is the reason why I have stayed with your service. Fix it please.
