I had the previous $50 a month plan and eventually my phone broke and when I changed devices the plan dropped to $30. While I did not notice this at first auto-pay continued to deduct $50 from my account each month while I was also charged $30 for the new plan. This leaves me with a balance of $360 on my account. I would like this to be refunded since it was double charged. How do I go about this?
