No show for Pro on the Go

Ordered new iPhone for same day delivery via Pro on the Go Asurion service. Never showed up and didn’t receive any response. I tried multiple contact #’s for Verizon and Asurion as well as live chats and no updates on where my phone is or when it will be delivered.

DO NOT SELECT PRO ON THE GO SERVICE!!!
