Sorry to hear about that. Login to your account using the Verizon website and suspend the stolen phone at least. You could also try calling (800) 922-0204 and ask to have the stolen phone blacklisted, which will permanently disable the phone so it can't be used again. As for getting another phone, you'd have to buy a new one.
