UNAUTHORIZED SUBSCRIPTION: Digital Secure Line - - Can't Remove

I have been enduring a maddening issue for the past several months.   I have six phone lines  on my account.  One phone line is being charged $5 a month for Digital Secure Line.  It's a mysterious charge since no one signed up for the subscription.  I have called customer support repeatedly.  They are stumped since it won't let them unsubscribe to the service.  I can't either, since it appears on my bill but not under the Service and Perks section.  I have no way of unsubscribing.  I have also visited 2 Verizon stores and they are unable to assist since they state it's through a 3rd party.  I'm hoping to have some resolution soon.

UPDATE:  I contacted Verizon customer support a few weeks ago.  They were unable to remove the Digital Secure subscription that I never subscribed to.  After another frustrating and lengthy conversation, I filed a complaint with the FCC for erroneous billing charges.  I was contacted by Verizon's executive office within a day or 2 and they stated there was a glitch.  I believe they were able to permanently remove the monthly $5 charge moving forward and credited my account for past erroneous charges.  I'm hopeful this will resolve the issue.  Unfortunately, it tarnishes Verizon's reputation since it takes an FCC complaint to finally be taken seriously.
