digital secure on my bill ?

One day, I saw on my bill that digital secure was added to my iPad line for $5 per month without permission. I have spent hours every week talking to Verizon customer service and every agent so far has failed to remove it. Is there any way I can remove digital secure so I don’t have to pay for it?

Same issue here. Never subscribed to the service, doesn't show up as something we have subsided to, verizon rep says they fixed it, but each month it's back on our bill. Has anyone had a fix? I'm beginning to think the only solution is to cancel the line or our service with Verizon. What a pain.
