First, after the update I couldn't login. I uninstalled the app 3x and was still forced to try and reset my PW.  It took 5 tries to get that to work and login. Next, I finally get in, only to be forced to review my notifications. Then, it says skip for now but it won't move past that screen. So, I am forced to allow ALL notifications but can't click the toggles for my notifications to monitor my kids driving/passenger. It's forcing me to accept the driver habits which I don't want but I say hey at this point I'll do anything to get this $9.99 A MONTH APP TO WORK!!!! 😫 

STILL CANT GET PAST NOTIFICATIONS SCREEN 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠

Get your act together. VERIZON. This app wasn't even that great before, now it's totally useless.  And I pay for THIS FRUSTRATION.

We are seeing issues as well since the update. Not exactly the same but 3 of my kids paired to the app but now one shows she is paired but something is wrong and she needs to pair it even though it it paired. I can’t see any of her information like the other 2 children. We both have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and she paired again and it still has the issue. Seems like there wasn’t enough testing of the app prior to pushing it to production for everyone to use.  Very upsetting.

Same thing here, everything has worked perfect until Verizon decided to update there app. Now nothing works. I get text messages constantly saying my daughter's phone is not paired and working properly. I then delete everything, install everything, add her and it shows paired but I cannot set schedules. The minute I click to make schedules active it instantly blocks her phone and cannot be used but shows paired. Then every day I get the same message that says child's phone not paired and not working properly.

Also having problems with Smart Family since the update. My daughter’s phone does not show up as a device that I can monitor. But my husband and parents’ lines do. So all the other members in our family, except for the phone I actually want to monitor. Verizon fix this ASAP.

Having same issue. Can't control anything or even see my sons phone since after the update I can't get past the change notification screen. It freezes right there. I can't hit the back button and nothing takes any input. I have to close all apps and try again to get the same result. WE NEED A FIX!!!

Yes everything is updated, uninstalled family and companion app, reinstalled, restarted phones, etc etc etc. I have been using the family and companion app for 3 years with no issues. This latest update that logged everyone out, unpaired their devices, freezing phones, and rendered the family app useless is ridiculous. We are parents with school kids that need restrictions, schedules, and tracking so fix the app or resort back to what worked.

Both of my kids’ phones have unpaired from the app. Is this something that is going to be an ongoing issue? Why would I pay for something that is not working and connections break? Really frustrating to have to continue to fix.
