I blocked 11 numbers on my daughter’s phone and it appears that she is still able to text them. These aren’t all apple phones either. Any suggestions?
Hey there, BilliB76, we know it's important to be able to limit usage with the Smart Family service. You mentioned multiple numbers are currently blocked. To confirm, are you seeing this usage in your My Verizon account? You mentioned an iPhone in your message as well. Is your daughter using an iPhone? Do you happen to know if she has any other messaging apps installed on her phone?
