1 month ago I upgraded from the Galaxy 4 to the Galaxy 6 ever since then my mother has not been able to receive my texts. I get hers and we are able to call each other. My fiance who also upgraded to the 6 on the same day and is on my plan can text her and she receives them. My mother has a Galaxy 3 and her provider is Sprint. We never had this problem before. I checked her phone yesterday thinking she had inadvertently blocked me but she has not. Does anyone know of a solution to this. This is just one of the many issues I have faced since my upgrade to the 6 and have gone to the V store on 2 occasions and had to wait well over an hour and could not stay longer as my work and mommy schedule does not allow it. Please help before I throw this stinkin' phone against the wall 🙂
Try going to Settings---Data usage, and make sure Mobile Data setting at top is set on "on".
