2 New Samsung 7 phones that are 5 days old having poor phone reception and dropped calls. Both users had galaxy 5 prior and didn't experience drop calls in normal calling areas between each other. Phones has latest updates.

I,too have noticed that this model has poor Reception when compared to other phones. Myself, and three other friends have the 7 and all have dropped calls, no service, etc where we used to have reception. All are on Verizon network. Would not recommend this phone.
Your phone should support your calls, LAUMAR16. I'm sorry to learn you are unhappy with this device. Is this only impacting calls? When did you notice these issues with reception?
