3G Data Outage?

From Southern New Castle County, DE to Wilmington, DE, no 3G data available (March 13).

Tried the all-else-fails reboot and battery-pull...it's out (3G data)!

Saw other forums discussing another 4G outage, too, so apparently a widespread issue.

Any pressers about an outage or maintenance window? Doesn't seem apparent. Poor, poor customer service in handling. Even if you don't know the cause or resolution, notify the public that you at least acknowledge the issue.

Mine is out here in Mesa, AZ. I almost did a reboot and a data erase. Good thing I didn't because it looks like I'm not the only one having issues with my phone. My brother-in-law says he is not having problems with his phone (he lives down the street from me). Then again, he does have an iPhone...

yes, our two devices had 3g (as well as 4g) outage in the houston area yesterday too. called verizon re: it yesterday and got a tiny credit for their unreliable srvc; called again re: connectivity issues again today - and tech "PROMISES" me there was no outage yesterday. What? Can't have it both ways. I agree - customer srvc is so poor with this company. every time you call, you get a different answer/excuse.

Hi all,

I'm in Bordentown, NJ. My device has been out of service since about 11:00am ET this morning. I called Verizon & the tech said they're having network problems & working on it. It's now 1:30 & still out of service. It's creating problems since I can't access my voicemail through the phone & cancel text messages I tried sending this morning. I accessed my VM by landline & thought I deleted a message but apparently not b/c I when I just turned on the phone to check for service, it sent me a notificaiton that I had a VM. So I accessed it again via landline & it was the same message! My brother told me that he received my last text message 80 times. I'm glad we have M2M for texts. I feel bad for anyone who doesn't & is having the same consequences.
