Besides the fact that I cannot open the Android Market is anyone else haveing problems with major lag? I can click on, any icon and it akes 5 to 10 seconds for the phone to register that I slected something, then will open the program.

I want your phone to work seemlessly! Based on your description above including the Google Play store and the major delay in your phone I may have to recommend the same advise as Tidbits.

Keep in mind you want to ensure your contacts are backing up via either google/gmail or backup assistant. Your media should be saved to your SD Card, if not please back it up! Also you can redownload your applications to your phone by visiting google.com/play, choosing the My Android Apps tab and clicking on install under the apps you want.
