Got the 4.3 update and once again after opening a folder, then opening an app, then closing out of the app the origional folder remains open. So you have to either hit the back/home button an extra time or tap outside of the folder to close it.
The folder should close after opening an app. This used to happen but was fixed in the last update now its broken AGAIN in 4.3.
