4G LTE Down?

I have the 4G LTE signal with like 4 bars, and yet I can't surf the net or do anything thing that requires internet data.... First time this has happen ever! Was fine when I went to sleep, woke up and 4G is not doing anything. 3 G works.....restarted phone and everything. Wish there was a way to fine out of 4G is down in my area.

If 4G was down you wouldn't be showing any 4G signal. It would say 3G.
