I just bought the Note 9 and immediatly it updated. Now when the wifi is on the 4g is off. I can not receive text or calls. when wifi is on. Not sure what to do?
advanced calling must be selected.
Opus91, not being able to receive text or calls while on Wi-Fi is very disturbing to me as well. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me how long ago did the update complete? Also, confirm for me is your data turned on in your settings? This is located in your settings>cellular data.
