After 20 years even before they were called Verizon, whatever it was before that, I'm done with these people does anyone know how to email or call and get through to an actual person in the executive offices?
Just simply try to upgrade an existing line's phone which is eligible to a new phone and their fraud department flagged my wife and myself requiring us to submit documentation driver's license and home bills her and I account has been open for over 12 years. We submitted each over 12 times called the frog department and spoke to them 3 times and spoke to various other agents 5 times yesterday for a total of 6 hours on this stupid thing out of principle. The fraud department decided to cancel our order for us so T-Mobile here I come
