I have a brand new Samsung Fascinate. I've activated it. Set up all kinds of Usernames and Passwords, but still can't access the Home Screen where all the short cuts are. What should I do?
Did you try to press "Home" button, second hardware touch button from the left. If that yields no result, you most likely deleted all the screens except for the one default blank one. In order to restore your home screen, you will need to press little adjustment button on the top left and start adding the screens. As more screens are added, you may add any widgets or shortcuts to any available screen of your likening.
I tried pressing the Home Button over and over again, but nothing happens. The virtual button at top left on the front face is a yellow envelope like image with blue eyeglasses at bottom right. When I touch it I get Share page or Copy page url. What else might I try?
Did you try to call VZW tech support or take it to a store to have technician to have a look at it?
