Is there a safe way to attempt to recover deleted photos. I thought I was deleting one pic, but whole album was deleted. Thanks for any/all help!

You may have deleted the album from the phone, but if you had it backing up to the "cloud" (either Verizon, or Google drive, or some other service) it may still be in that storage area.
