I went Korea for my summer vacation for three month and i use other korean sim card in there. Then i came back to us but i lost my original sim card. So, i went to the store and got a new simcard. After i came back to my house i contacted with costumer service and it said my phone is roaming. How can i use my phone again?

Zip code is 98004. Power cycle means turn it on and off?

Power cycle = reboot = turn off and then on.
