I received a LTE 4G verizon network extender. I finally set it up successfully. In the user manual it says to turn on "Advanced Calling" on my phone. I do not find this in the settings of my Galaxy S4 mini.
Can anyone help?

If you don't have the option in the settings, the phone isn't capable of VoLTE calls or Advanced Calling. The phone is limited to using the CDMA network for calls and isn't compatible with the LTE extender. You should also consider replacing the phone before the CDMA network is completely shutdown.
