got it with update to lollipop!!
My wife's still didn't even after that update.
cchamp77, did you get Advanced Calling with Lollipop on an S4? The list of Advanced Calling devices still doesn't show the S4: http://www.verizonwireless.com/landingpages/advanced-calling-devices/.
