Air Gestures & voice commands s4 after lollipop

BradinMichigan

Has anyone else experinced problems with air gestures and voice commands after the lollipop update? THEY seem to have become non responsive most of the time.   Also, S voice used to prompt me when new messages arrive in hands free if I wanted to read them or not when s voice was open. now if I have music playing through my phone it just makes the noise and doesn't ask me anything. it seems like all the great features are kind of not so good now with responsiveness.

Software updates are intended to provide customers with a better wireless experience, not worse.  I am happy to assist you with resolving these device issues.

First, ensure the Air Gesture feature is enabled: http://vz.to/1egJV4q, then tap any of the feature switches to enable or disable the features you're wanting to use.

Also check ensure the S Voice Settings are correct by following the steps in the Device User Guide on page 107 here: http://vz.to/1IMenjz.  Please let me know how this works out for your.  Thanks!
