Accidentally deleted all the photos on my Galaxy S4. I data must be in memory somewhere; how can it be recovered?

Did you have the photos set to automatically back up to Google+, Verizon's cloud, or another cloud-based service? If so, you should be able to recover them from that site. If not, then I'm afraid once they're deleted from your phone, they're gone. If you had them stored on the SD card, there might be a chance of recovering them using recovery software; you might try a Google search (it's been several years since I used one and unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the software that I used).
