It has now been 10 months that I have been trying to get a watch promotion fixed on my account. Back in March 2020 we bought all new phones (4 in all) and two watches. Phone promos went through just fine. Our galaxy watches were on a buy one get one 450 off....here we are in Jan 2021 and it STILL is not corrected. I have spent 50+ hours on the phone with Verizon over NUMEROUS issues with this order and paid the last 10 months for a phone that was not working right because all the store wanted to do was continuously change out SIM cards. Tge watches don't do what we were told they would do without paying extra money which we were told was an included feature. I have been a customer for TWENTY PLUS years and am being treated like absolute garbage because they already have my money. Every customer service rep I talk to tells me ohhhh I'll take care of it and call you back....nada....never hear anything else back.....I'd love to say I'll remain a customer but I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Verizon has showed me exactly how much me being a customer means to them. Has anyone else had this problem???? I'm hoping this is a one off issue. Their customer service used to be EXCELLENT but they just don't care anymore. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the lack of care, urgency and want for customer retention in this situation. I could wrote a book about everything that went wrong with this order and the lack of care to rectify it.
